| Power blackout again |

It's raining cats and dogs this afternoon at Singapore, it was cozy until a lightning stroked. Half of the apartment block's electric circuit is shorted and caused a minor black out, the funny thing is only half of the units in the apartment block I'm staying are being affected including myself. The surrounding apartment blocks seems to be fine, so I guessed pretty much that the lighting strike has caused the black out.
So my brother decided to go for a walk at the near by shopping mall, since we have a covered pave way there. We returned home after shopping for approximately thirty minutes, knowing that the blackout should have been fixed by then.
While I'm lying on my bed resting my eyes and listening to my favorite musics around evening, a second blackout occurred. How great! My computer did two forced shut downs due to the black out, had a service on my computer parts and programs. Hopefully my computer can last me another few more years before dying out on me.
The foods in the refrigerator was defrost but lucky the foods didn't turn bad, small amount of water flowed out when I opened the fridge door. One of the light bulb in my room fused during the second black out, it's hard for me to imagine how because each unit has their own circuit breaker to prevent this. But who cares, as long as my important electronic hardwares and softwares isn't being affected or damaged. I'll just close one eye for the rest of my stuff.
If there is going to be another blackout on my apartment block. I'll be calling Town Council, Power Grid, Maintenance Unit and give them a piece of my mind. :P
Buying a backup unit as soon as possible. =.=||| That is going to cost me a lot of money.
