Hi, this particular blog was intended as a special training for my own downline. However this is almost impossible to keep internal, and actually sharing this benefits Yuwie, and you.
There are two things every Yuwie entrepreneur wants:
1: MORE referrals
2: Their own referrals duplicaing THEIR efforts
Allow me to share some simple ideas, all real and all simple..
Everything in life can be broken down into tiny, manageable steps and even the hardest problems you face (can't find referals etc) can be overcome.
I am going to help you, right now, to get your next referral... but not in the way you might imagine.)
What do you want this week from Yuwie? Come on, the next 7 days is all I am asking... it's just you and me.. so sit a little closer.
Really.. what I am trying to get at here is that it is possible for more than 90% of us to find new referrals.
If you can't - great - do not worry - please don't think "it is saturated" - myspace has over 100million members... we are at over 40,000.
If you think you just cant find any then you've not tried everything yet - I have people in my downline bringing in as much as 60 new referrals directly every day.
If you dont have the time, why are you here..
Good question, why are you here????
So here are some golden rules you must follow:
Rule 1 - find people who are generating big Yuwie downlines.
These are key clubs you should join and if you say that now you cant find any ideas then please.. look again!
On average... over 90% of people are shockingly stubborn and lazy and just can't be bothered with "work"... ironically almost 90% would love the trappings of wealth.
However the real figure is slightly different - not all are lazy.. many are on here just to make friends - can you IMAGINE THAT???? actually coming here for friendship???

Can you manage 1 hour a day for $10,000 per month within 12 months? Even if you are not interested in building a Yuwie business, it would be of great benefit to you to get referals/friends signed up with your link, as someone in your friends list may just have the desire to go full guns.. and build your downline for you!
It can be done!
Look, a realistic figure, for those of us who are prepared to work hard for 1 year is outlined below.. if you are one of the go-getters then great!.. otherwise please join the lazy club... hmm maybe a idea for a new club? lol..
So, if you find ways, from these clubs(they are in there, I promise!) to get say 5 referrals a week.. lets take a look..
Month 1 you get 20 referrals
Month 2 you get 20, and those 20 get 20 each as well!!- for a total of 420
Month 3 you get 20 and those 420 get 20 = 8420.....
Month 4 you get 20 and those 8420 get 20 = 168,400
Month 5 you get 20 and those 168,400 also get 20! = 3,368,000
Ok.. thats enough we all know it NEVER happens like that, but what if the results were only a mere fraction of this? say 10% = 336,800!
NAHHHH..
Lets go much lower, lets imagine even a 1% effective rate!
Now you have got 33,680.... thats nice huh!
Well.. lets take it to the bottom of this scale and imagine that most of these guys are so "not bothered"... and in fact you can only generate 3368 people after 5 months....
What a rubish downline huh!
well... assuming they all can get 1000 page veiws in - thats a nice tidy 3,368,000 pageviews... and if it was at a poor $0.40 per 1000 - this still equates to 3368 x $0.4 = $1347.20 per month.
Want some now???
Al you have to do, is muster up enough energy to drag yourself up and put in 1 hour a day.. because this can be achieved in 1 hour a day.
Can you REALLY imagine the massive impact Yuwie is going to have on peoples lifestyles within 2-3 years?
We are talking money like $50,000 or more every month... for free.. for 1 hour a day.
So... starts somewhere... go to those clubs listed above, as they hold the keys.. and more importantly.. SEND YOUR FRIENDS TO THIS BLOG.
Send your downline to this blog - you NEED your downline doing what YOU are doing.. its simple stuff this -if you can get 5 a week and others can do also, then your income will grow exponentially |

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON YUWIE
Everyone here has their own personal goal. For some it is to make new friends and have a good time. But for many it is to make some money. This is the place to do it. I have seen many people bring in large paychecks over the months from Yuwie. All it takes is some hard work and a little time.
The first thing you need to do is add as many people as you possibly can when you first sign up. This way you have people to veiw your profile and your blogs. Only spend a couple days adding people becuase thats not where the money is. I have 2000 friends and get about 40 profile veiws a day. Thats where referrals come in.
You all know that you are paid for your referral veiws aswell so why not try getting some? The more people you have under you the better. When a person signs up for Yuwie as your referral you need to contact them as soon as possible. THIS IS CRITICAL!!!! Without anyone teaching them how Yuwie works they will get confused and close the window. Make sure that you tell them to change their profile from PRIVATE to PUBLIC in your FIRST message or else they will not get any friend requests.
Don't believe me? Then ask yourself how many times have you joined a program to find out 2 mintues into it that you have no clue what to do and you end up closing the window. If all your referrals do that it will be a waste of your time. Try to help get them friends. Let them know about Yuwieadds.com and friendadder clubs. This lets them know you care and are going to help them.
Once you have established a friendship with your referrals you can then teach them how to refer people. That is your choice on how you get referrals. Tell them the ways that have worked for you. Telling them ways that don't work for your benifit to get a few more traffic exchanger points doesn't make sense becuase you will lose your referral.
Lastely you should have a personal goal each month. This should be personal veiws only becuase you can't control your referral veiws but you can advise them to make a personal veiw goal. You could also set a goal of getting X number of referrals by the end of the month.
I try to get 250 personal veiws a day which is a very low goal. This is becuase I am not conserned about the page veiws I get a month becuase I know I will be getting some money.

When I joined Yuwie back in January of 2008 I thought I was going to make a ton of money within the next month. Boy was I wrong! Yuwie takes much more time than that and a lot of hard work. So if you are not willing to put in the time and work then you might as well go delete your account now. I was told that I would make free money just like you were told. No one said anything that you will make thousands, YOU HAVE YO WORK FOR IT!
Just like a regular job you have to put in the time each week. You wouldn’t show up to work the first day and demand a $150 pay cheque would you? Then why do people do it here? The advantage of Yuwie is that when you spend time posting ads on the internet you get paid for this time over and over again but you only do it once. That’s because your links will stay up and continue to generate referrals for days after. If you can manage to get your referrals to reciprocate your efforts then you will really be getting paid repeatedly for your effort.
I spent hours a day trying to get referrals and now I have nearly 6,000 in my empire and it is still growing each day. I can now just sit back and watch it grow and see the money trickle in. But because I am greedy and I always want more I refuse to stop working.
Every single person that signs up for Yuwie as an equal chance at making a lot of money they just need to be determined to make it. The people that are earning over $100 a month have been on here since Yuwie started last summer. I’ve seen people bring in cheques like that after a few months of extensive work.
The bottom line is you must be willing to work at something to get it.
Keep working at it guys it can be done!

The Secret Power of the Four H’s....
Do you want your life to mean something?
Do you want it to have value, substance and integrity?
Do you want it to be content and happy?
If you answered yes to these questions, then allow me to share what I call the simple wisdom of the Four H’s....
Humility, Humor, Honesty and Honor
And we begin with Humility. In short, humility is the opposite of arrogance. It is a quality which takes root in grace and is seasoned by experience. Humility is not weakness, but rather indicates deep strength. It takes a real depth of character to be truly humble. Humility is total self acceptance and understanding, and thus positively affects self confidence and self esteem. True humility makes us comfortable in our own skin. It can also cause us to be more content in our life. We see that we are imperfect, and it is okay. We see that our life has imperfections as well, and yet it is okay. Humility helps us understand that those imperfections are a normal part of life, and that they are what make us real and human. We will be wrong sometimes. And we will never have all the answers. When we understand this and accept it, we become truly humble, and truly at peace.
Humor, it has been said, is the ‘WD-40' of healing. It is powerful medicine for the soul. Humor is the ability to remove the heaviness from a burden. It is the gift of laughter in the midst of pain or struggle. And it is the ability to see our own flaws in a humorous light, and chuckle at how silly we can be. True humor is never cruel. True humor gives us balance and perspective. It makes it okay to smile at ourselves when we realize we really are just human after all. Oh, and by the way, humor and humility are very close friends.
Honesty is not just about ‘telling the truth’, it is about being truthful, and believe me, there is a difference. Honesty is not an act, it is a state of being. You can ‘tell the truth’ and still not be an honest person. Honesty is a condition. It does not seek to deceive. Honesty means you are not only honest with others, you are honest with yourself. Real honesty means you live your life in a state of self truth, which means you can see yourself clearly, as you truly are.
And lastly, there is Honor. Honor is integrity. It is that considerate thing you do when no one is looking, and no one will ever know. Honor can be given, and it can be received, but real honor exists within. Honor can be seen in the big things, but it most often reveals itself in the small things. Honor is conscientious. It is considerate of others. It thinks of others first. Honor remembers to return the favor. It is patient, humble and honest. Honor is respect, morality, courage and wisdom.
If you take these Four H’s, and apply them to your life, amazing things will happen. Seeds of deep meaning will take root in the soil of your life, and with time and continued ‘watering’, beautiful things will spring forth. There is an enormous amount of wisdom to be realized by applying these Four H’s to your life. In the end though, the most significant blessing will be that you lived your life in a good way, you were happy, and others were blessed because of it.

They essentially all present common success themes.
Quite simply success comes to those who:
1.) Focus on an idea or goal with passion.
2.) Believe with 100% confidence that they can attain it.
3.) Take inspired action to reap their rewards.
Success will come if you let it happen.
Your thoughts about your situation are powerful.
You can make anything happen if you allow yourself to do it.
You see, the Kentucky Colonel himself,
Harland Sanders understood this principle.
He focused on selling his chicken recipe with passion.
He knew he had a darned good chicken recipe and was confident in his goal --
even when faced with rejection 900 times.
He took inspired action day in and day out until he finally got someone to agree with him.
After hundreds of rejections someone bought the chicken recipe.
In short,
he set the goal,
he believed in himself,
and he knew that someday he would received his fortune.
And he did. You can too.
The plan is simple:
Create a goal.
Believe.
Take Action.
Receive.
So start with writing a goal. It can be a quick entry in a journal,
an e-mail to yourself or a one page business plan about what it is
that you really want. You don't have to have to outline the specific steps,
or be too formal, but you have to be specific about what it is you want to attain.
Do you want to make money off Google? If so,
be specific about how much money you want to make monthly and annually.
Then have a generaal idea of how you might attain that goal.
For example,
if Google is your goal you might attain $5,000 a month by creating a few blogs
or Web sites.
Next, believe that you can make that goal happen.
Have passion and use that momentum to make it happen.
You may even start by believing that it's already yours to have.
Get excited. Be confident.
Now take advantage of the momentum and freely accept ideas
and inspiration that comes your way.
Most likely you'll talk with someone,
read an article, see a video, or find a book.
So set your mind to these sources of inspiration
and be swift in taking appropriate measures.
